3 measurements make a fit answer possible

3 values turn a fit question into a fit answer:

1. The ring's total height above the finger, measured with a ruler or caliper from the bottom of the band to the top of the setting.
2. The widest part of the setting, measured across the stone or bezel.
3. The number of rings that must sit in the box at the same time (1 ring, 2 bands, or a stack).

Interior depth and interior width of our boxes are still marked Pending verification, so the first answer may be "measurement pending"; in that case we say so instead of inventing a number.

4 things we cannot answer yet
